About Us Butterbean is an independent children's gift shop in Cowbridge, South Wales, where imagination and education meet fun and funky!
Butterbean offers a magical shopping experience with its unique selection of toys and gifts. Although most of the products are for babies and children up to 10 years, there are many items suitable for older children and grown-ups, including Tyrrell Katz kit and vanity bags, RSPB Birds with real calls and Bombay Duck charm bracelets. We also stock a wide range of Burt's Bees natural skin care products, including the baby range.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information by Internet, phone or pay personally in the shop. |
Shipping And Handling UK delivery is charged at £4.95 per order.
Deliveries outside the UK are priced per delivery - please call or email the shop for details. If you collect your package from Butterbean there will be no delivery charge!

| Delivery Schedule Butterbean parcels should arrive within 7 working days of your order. If we are out of stock of any item, we will contact you immediately. We will only charge you once per order. If your order is urgent, please call 01446 774766 to arrange a special delivery. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

| Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you have purchased please return them within 28 days unused and in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange. We cannot refund postage on returned goods unless they are faulty at the time of purchase. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery to us. We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights. |
