• We do not accept C.O.D. or personal checks.
• Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

Terms and Conditions

• All of the products sold on this website are handmade by The Butter Bean Shop. Since these products are handmade, there may be some variation in size and color. All products are unique and one of a kind.  We try our best to endure continuity in our re-stocked items.
• All purchases made are final sales. There are no refunds or exchanges for purchases. Unfortunately, scratch and sniff through the computer/mobile device hasn't been invented yet so we have to rely upon descriptive language.  We do our best to describe the look, feel, and smell of our products so that you can determine if you would like to purchase.
• If your order is wrong or missing items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
